How does recurring billing work?

We invoice on a monthly cycle regardless of your service frequency. Weekly clients receive 4 or 5 visits per month at a flat monthly rate. Biweekly and monthly clients are billed per visit. Payment is by check, ACH, or credit card — whatever works best for your accounts payable process.

Can you clean before or after business hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial clients prefer early-morning (before 8 AM) or evening (after close) service. We're flexible and will work within whatever hours minimize disruption to your customers and staff. Our scheduling window runs from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Do you handle multi-location accounts?

Absolutely. We currently manage multi-location routes for several national and regional brands across LA. One point of contact, one invoice, consistent quality at every site. If you manage 2 locations or 20, the experience is the same.

What if it rains on our scheduled day?

If it's actively raining during your service window, we'll reschedule within 24 hours at no extra charge. Light rain or overcast days are no issue — glass actually cleans better when it's not baking in direct sunlight. We'll always communicate proactively about any weather delays.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your records or your landlord's requirements. All technicians are background-checked and uniformed.
