How Trip's Windows got started
Trip's Windows started in 2020 in Venice, California. What began as a small operation — one truck, a handful of regular clients — grew into something bigger because we focused on the basics: show up on time, do great work, and treat every home like it's our own.
We didn't start with a business plan or outside funding. We started with a squeegee, a work ethic, and a neighborhood that gave us a shot. Venice is still home base, and that scrappy, do-it-right mentality hasn't changed even as we've grown to serve 29 neighborhoods across LA.
What makes our crew different
Every person on our team is trained in-house. We don't subcontract, and we don't send out anyone who hasn't gone through our full process — safety protocols, equipment handling, surface-specific techniques, and customer communication. When someone shows up at your door wearing a Trip's shirt, they've earned it.
We also keep our crews consistent. If you book recurring service, you'll likely see the same faces every time. That matters because your crew gets to know your home — which windows are tricky, which surfaces need lower pressure, where the dog likes to hang out. It's a small thing that makes a real difference in quality.
The values we work by
There are three things we commit to on every job, and they're not just words on a website. We text the day before to confirm, we arrive within our scheduled window, and if anything doesn't look right, we come back within 48 hours to make it right — no questions asked.
We also believe in transparency. We quote flat rates based on the actual scope of work, not vague estimates that balloon on job day. What we quote is what you pay.
